The quality and smart application of our data is what sets us apart – but we want to keep pushing the boundaries. The Logistics industry’s data quality, integrity and timeliness is oftentimes of mixed in terms of quality. As such, we need someone to design and deliver on a strategic data vision that enables ‘next level’ smart, simple and predictive services for our customers – both for Kotahi and as an enabler for our broader ecosystem.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage and challenge the Exec team with a strategic vision, then work across all teams within the business and our partners to execute on it - moving Kotahi into a position of cutting-edge industry leadership in the smart design and commercial application of Data. This new Data capability will also support a ‘Blockchain enabled’ world, helping Kotahi to make this a genuine reality for New Zealand and its customers.
Account Development Manager, Reporting to the NZ Commercial Manager
Reporting to the NZ Commercial Manager, the Account Development Manager will seek and secure new clients whose export or import freight requirements are compatible with the business. They will also have a role in the on-going maintenance of mutually beneficial relationships with a portfolio of clients.
You are passionate about meeting customer requirements and about finding more efficient and profitable ways of doing business. You will have an excellent understanding of the supply chain, be able to interpret client issues and opportunities, and liaise internally to ensure client needs are met.
Imports Specialist, reporting to Imports Team Lead
Reporting to the Imports Team Leader, The Imports Specialist will be responsible for owning the operational relationship with Kotahi Import Customers and providing support for customer’s queries. They will understand customer needs and requirements and deliver high quality communications through all available channels. They will also assist the Import Team Leader in developing operational and tactical solutions, with the aim of improving and maintaining customer experience and relationship excellence.
