Customer Success Specialist
We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be an integral member of the Operations team, providing excellent support to our customers. Your day will be varied and you could be communicating to our customers, carriers or working on improving processes with your Kotahi colleagues. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, stays calm under pressure and enjoys working with customers. This is a full time permanent role.
