Yes. You can submit your CV using our "Can't find the right vacancy for you?" link on our careers page. Your resume will then be reviewed and where appropriate, retained on our talent database. We will contact you should any suitable positions become available.
You will receive an email from our recruitment team notifying you that you have been unsuccessful, but don't be discouraged. We appreciate the time and effort you took in applying and if there are any future suitable vacancies within Kotahi, we encourage you to apply.
We may conduct an initial telephone interview, taking approximately 15 minutes. During this interview, answer questions honestly and to the best of your ability.
A short list of candidates will be established for the Line Manager to review. If you do not make the short list, you will be notified via email. If you make the short list, the recruitment team will contact you to schedule an in-person interview. At this stage, we will let you know what you need in order to prepare for the interview.
Yes, prior to the first in-person interview all candidates will be asked complete an online behavioural and cognitive assessment which should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
You will meet with the Hiring Manager and another team member that you would likely work with in this role for a first interview, which may take around 60 minutes. Interviews generally include a combination of values based and competency based interview questions to establish whether you have the required competencies for the position and whether your values align with Kotahi’s values.

The interview isn't just about us seeing if you're right for the role, it is also the perfect chance for you to see whether we are right for you. You will have the opportunity to ask us questions too.
Following all second interviews we will call you to share our observations and feedback.
If we decide to progress your application after the psychometric testing, interviews and cognitive testing have been completed, we will ask for your permission to contact your references, or references may be completed via a recruitment agent. Even if you have these referees listed on your CV, we will contact you for your permission to call them, so you can advise them to expect our call.
We normally conduct two phone based reference checks. It is very important for us to conduct reference checks with your most recent or current employer, and it should ideally be a manager or someone you directly reported to.
If successful, we will contact you to discuss an offer of employment and arrange for an individual employment agreement and pre-employment pack to be sent out to you. We will give you a specific time period for you to take advice before agreeing to the conditions in the agreement. All Kotahi offers are subject to a satisfactory pre-employment check.
